Below are our rates for the 2010 season. Please contact us with any questions.

Rates Weekly Rentals will run Monday 5:00pm through the following Monday 9:00am
May 1- May 31	-$5000 per week for up to 20 overnight guests
June 1- June 30	-$6000 per week for up to 20 overnight guests
July 1- August 31	-$8000 per week for up to 20 overnight guests
September 1- October 31	-$6500 per week for up to 20 overnight guests
November 1- December 1	-$5000 per week for up to 20 overnight guests

Notes:

We are offering specially disocunted rates on several remaining available weeks of rental.  Please inquire for details about these discounts and availability.

All rates subject to Change - Changes to rates will not result in refunds to previously finalized rental contracts

Rentals lasting less than 7 days allowable by prior arragnement with owner

Rental rates are subjects to 8.5% Maine State Lodging Tax

(For all 2010 rental effective January 1, 2010)

Rental Terms

To secure a stay at The Farm, fifty percent of the rental rate is due upfront with the signing of a lease agreement. The remaining fifty percent is due no later than 90 days prior to arrival with a refundable security deposit to cover losses and damages.

An additional 8.5 % Maine State Lodging Tax is also due at the time of the final payment of rental fees.
