2007-2008 Rates Rentals will run Monday 5:00pm through the following Monday 9:00am
June 25, 2007 - August 26, 2007:	-$7500 per week for up to 20 overnight guests (Minimum of week stay)
	-$8000 per week for up to 25 overnight guests (Minimum of week stay)
August 27, 2007 - October 21, 2007: Save $500 if you book a reservation duirng this time period before 8/1/07!!!	-$6000 per week for up to 20 overnight guests- $100 per extra guest over 20, up to 25 maximum (Minimum of week stay)
October 22, 2007 - December 30, 2007: Save $100 if you book a reservation during this time period before 8/1/07!!!	Weekly: -$3500 weekly for up to 20 overnight guests- $100 per extra guest over 20, up to 25 maximum -$3000 weekly for up to 10 overnight guests Per Night: -$800 per night for up to 20 overnight guests plus a $400 Changeover fee (Minimum stay of 2 nights) -$1000 per night for up to 25 overnight guests plus a $400 Changeover fee (Minimum stay of 2 nights)
Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Weeks 2007-2008:	$4500 per week (Minimum of week stay)
January 1, 2008 - May 4, 2008:	Weekly: -$3500 weekly for up to 20 overnight guests- $100 per extra guest over 20, up to 25 maximum -$3000 weekly for up to 10 overnight guests Per Night: -$600 per night for up to 20 overnight guests plus a $400 Changeover fee (Minimum stay of 2 nights) -$700 per night for up to 25 overnight guests plus a $400 Changeover fee (Minimum stay of 2 nights)
May 5, 2008 - June 8, 2008:	-$4500 per week for up to 20 overnight guests- $100 per extra guest over 20, up to 25 maximum (Minimum of week stay)
June 9 , 2008 - June 29, 2008:	-$5000 per week for up to 20 overnight guests- $100 per extra guest over 20, up to 25 maximum (Minimum of week stay)
June 30, 2008 - August 31, 2008:	-$7500 per week for up to 20 overnight guests (Minimum of week stay)
	-$8000 per week for up to 25 overnight guests (Minimum of week stay)
August 31, 2008 - October 19, 2008:	-$6000 per week for up to 20 overnight guests- $100 per extra guest over 20, up to 25 maximum (Minimum of week stay)

All rates subject to Change - Changes to rates will not result in refunds to previously finalized rental contracts

Rental rates are subjects to 7% Maine State Lodging Tax

Rental Terms

To secure a stay at The Farm, fifty percent of the rental rate is due upfront with the signing of a lease agreement. The remaining fifty percent is due no later than 90 days prior to arrival with a refundable security deposit to cover losses and damages.

An additional seven percent Maine State Lodging Tax is also due at the time of the final payment of rental fees.
